Xcel Bespoke has collectively over 100 years of experience in sourcing fabrics, trims and raw materials globally. Our production teams based in China, manage our global procurement requirements. Our procurement team are fully responsible for our global supply chain. A lot of the factories we work with have been key partners for over 10 years.

QUALITY ASSURANCE & QUALITY CONTROL
Every factory we work with is audited by our own QC team and accredited by independent inspection houses. We ensure that all products supplied meet all the statutory compliance required for the recipient country.
RISK ASSESSMENT
As an example of a case of bags we would always carry out the following tests:

• Lead content requirement
• Cadmium content requirement
• Azocolourants content requirement
• Free formaldehyde content

FRI: Goods are inspected throughout the lifecycle of the order (inline & during production inspections)
AQL’s: Xcel Bespoke work to strict AQL levels of 2.5 / 4.0 however other options are available for discussion

AUDIT & QUALITY CONTROL
FACTORY AUDIT POLICY

Every factory we work with is first audited by our own team of QC people and then independent inspectors.

When Auditing a factory, we check for; Factory Capacity, Daily Output, Machinery, Staff & Social and ethical considerations.

We understand that not all new factories we approach to work with will pass audits the first time. In this event, our QC teams work with the owners to bring the factory up to a passable standard.

All of our main factories have up to date social and ethical audits in place (BSCI / Sedex Pillar 2 or 4)

In Appendix () you will see – An independent audit report, along with our own Xcel factory Audit template.

We provide our customer with full access to all of the reports of our factories and would be happy to offer this service to you.
PRODUCT INSPECTION

Xcel Bespoke ensures that each batch of the raw material is checked both by the factory as well as own staff who are based at the factory building at specific times of the production process.

Xcel Bespoke's team of QC people carry out inline inspections throughout the lifecycle of the order. This process allows us to catch any production issues at every stage. We randomly check 20 / 25% of the production at the inline stage.

Final inspections are carried out when production is complete and goods are ready for dispatch. At this stage, we carry out random inspection by accredited independent QC companies, i.e. Asian Inspection, SGS, Intertek.
